Karen didn't start as a coach. She was 12 when she launched her first business, an ice cream store. At 14, she was running the store at Forest Glen Marina, and she stayed until she left for college at 18.
Since then, she's led a 3,500-member retention program, served as a corporate officer at a publicly traded company, and spent 20+ years guiding women entrepreneurs.
Today she's a Certified Holistic Business Coach, a Reiki Master Teacher, and the creator of the ALIGN Framework™. She brings strategy and soul to the same table. Every time.
