Why 90 days when the coaching is 4 weeks.
Most coaches sell four sessions and end the engagement when the fourth session ends. The client leaves — and loses the coach, the community, and the support structure all at once. It's one of the most common reasons short-term coaching doesn't produce lasting change.
The Accelerator is structured deliberately to prevent that. The four weekly sessions do the naming and the moving. The 60 days of continued Village access do the integrating. By the time your access window closes at day 90, the shift has had real time to become real change.

THE RYTHM
Week 1
Diagnostic. We start where you actually are, not where you thought you were when you booked. The first session is a full diagnostic — patterns, through-lines, the thing underneath the thing. Most clients leave week one with something named that they've been circling for months.
Week 2
Movement. This is where the first real structural shift happens. We take what was named in week one and start moving it. Most clients see something change in how they're holding their business — or themselves — by the end of week two.
Week 3 & 4
Operationalization. The insight becomes a plan. The plan becomes a structure. The structure becomes something you can run after the sessions end.
Days 29 - 90
Integration. The active coaching has ended. You're still inside the Village. You're still in Office Hours and the weekly programming. The work is integrating. Most clients make their most significant implementation moves during this window — because the pressure is off and the support is still there.
