Not because the plan was wrong. Because the person running it was out of alignment with it. The strategy made sense on paper. The human behind it was exhausted, disconnected, or running on a version of herself she'd already outgrown.
ALIGN is the map I built to address both at the same time.

STAGE ONE
Awaken
Seeing clearly what's actually driving your decisions — not the story you've been telling about your business, but the real pattern underneath it.
Most clients arrive at this stage thinking they know what the problem is. Awaken is where we find out what it actually is. These are often different things.

Lead with Purpose
Reconnecting your strategy to your values, your vision, and the version of yourself you're actually building toward.Strategy disconnected from purpose produces revenue without meaning. This stage makes sure the direction is worth the effort before you accelerate in it.

Ignite
Taking grounded, inspired action — not adrenaline-fuelled hustle, but movement that comes from clarity rather than urgency.
Ignite is where the diagnosis becomes direction, and the direction becomes motion. The difference between this and most "action planning" is that the action is calibrated to the human taking it.

STAGE FOUR
Ground
Stabilizing your energy, your systems, and your focus so the work you're doing has somewhere solid to land.
Most business coaching skips this stage entirely. Ground is where the structural changes become durable — where what shifted in the sessions actually stays shifted in the business.

Navigate
Expanding with ease — scaling with flow, not force. Moving into the next chapter of growth from a position of alignment rather than depletion.
Navigate is where the work compounds. The client who reaches this stage has the clarity, the structure, and the energetic foundation to build something that lasts.

Most frameworks address one layer. ALIGN addresses three simultaneously — the strategic, the energetic, and the somatic. Because a business problem that looks like a strategy problem is often an energy problem. And an energy problem that looks like a mindset problem is often a nervous system problem.
I've been working at the intersection of all three since 2006. This framework is what twenty years of integrated practice looks like when it's been distilled into a map.
