I didn't start as a coach.

I started as the 12-year-old who figured out how to run a business before anyone taught her the rules.

Before corporate, I spent seven years as a personal trainer and retention specialist managing 3,500 members. I knew most of them by name — and I knew which ones were about to leave before they did. That's where I learned that retention isn't a strategy. It's a relationship. And that a body — or a business — running on fumes doesn't need a harder program. It needs to be heard.

Then I became the corporate officer who learned the rules — and learned which ones to break.

Today I'm a Reiki Master Teacher, a Certified Holistic Business Coach, and the founder of the Women's Business Resource Community. The strategy, the energy work, the nervous system — I bring all of it. Because sustainable success requires all of it. Every time.
